Carroll’s Kitchen

If you’ve never been to Carroll’s Kitchen in Raleigh you are missing out! This is a woman owned non profit organization run by a very sweet and kind hearted lady Vicky :-) . The goal of Carroll’s kitchen is to empower homeless women or women suffering a life crisis by providing them employment and training them in the kitchen so they can learn and develop the skills needed for them to start their own business or get hired by another employer based on their work experience. They also learn to interact with customers at the front desk which builds their confidence and gives them experience with customer service. They also work with a local church and other organizations to supply meals on a regular basis.
